Terms & Conditions – btv162 User Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "btv162" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to btv162, operated at the domain https://btv162.cam, together with all associated services, features, and content made available therein.
• "User" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the btv162 platform.
• "Account" — the personal account registered by the User upon completing the btv162 registration process.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering activity offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts added to an Account by btv162, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity and eligibility prior to enabling full withdrawal privileges.
• "IDR / Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia and the primary transactional currency on btv162.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory where access to online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms notified to you from time to time.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the btv162 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system).
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and at the time of each wagering activity.
3. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. btv162 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently suspended without notice, and all funds (including winnings) will be forfeited pending investigation.
4. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee or director of btv162 or its affiliated companies.
5. You must not be registered under a self-exclusion scheme or have previously had an Account terminated by btv162 for a breach of these Terms.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indonesian law.

3 Account Registration

To access btv162's wagering services, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. btv162 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account credentials. You must notify us immediately at the support email if you suspect unauthorized access.
• No Account Sharing: You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Residency: By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

4 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, btv162 requires completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The purpose of KYC is to confirm your identity, verify your age and eligibility, and ensure compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

You will be required to submit the following documentation:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of your national identity card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing your name, date of birth, and photograph;
• A recent selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP alongside your face, confirming that the document belongs to you;
• In certain cases, btv162 may additionally request proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days) or source-of-funds documentation.

Documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. The typical KYC review period is 1–24 hours. Once approved, full withdrawal privileges are activated. btv162 reserves the right to request updated verification documents at any point, particularly when unusual account activity is detected.

Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of registration may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: btv162 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time in most cases. btv162 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which btv162 bears no liability.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a verified payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. btv162 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–60 minutes for standard accounts and under 60 minutes for VIP-tier members, subject to successful KYC completion and standard security checks.

Currency: All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and bets are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). btv162 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may be delayed or declined in the following circumstances: (a) your Account has not completed KYC; (b) we have reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms; (c) active bonus funds remain subject to an incomplete wagering requirement; or (d) a withdrawal request is inconsistent with your deposit history or betting pattern.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

btv162 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the respective promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible btv162 members who have completed KYC verification, unless stated otherwise. New member bonuses apply to first-time depositors only.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time, unless btv162 explicitly states otherwise in writing.
• Contribution Rates: Different game categories may contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino, and table games may each carry distinct contribution percentages as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse and Manipulation: btv162 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel any winnings derived from them if we determine that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, including but not limited to: use of multiple Accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies, or collusion with other players.
• VIP Cashback: VIP cashback rewards are calculated on net losses within the qualifying period. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and is subject to a 1x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the VIP tier documentation.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account automatically.

7 Betting Rules & Game Play

By placing a wager on the btv162 platform, you agree to the following general betting rules. Ad ditional sport-specific, casino-specific, and game-specific rules are published within each respective game or betting category on the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your Account balance. btv162 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, particularly where a pricing error has occurred or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each market and game category carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the point of bet placement. btv162 may adjust these limits at any time and without prior notice.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment or postponement beyond 24 hours, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, or force majeure events. In all void cases, stakes are returned to the User's Account balance.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and change without notice during the course of an event. btv162 will not be liable for any connectivity or latency issues that affect a User's ability to place in-play wagers.
• Slot Games and RNG: All slot games, virtual games, and other Random Number Generator (RNG)-based products on btv162 use certified RNG systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any third party.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are governed by the rules displayed within each respective game interface. In the event of a stream disconnection during a live game round, btv162 will resolve the bet based on the best available information from the game provider's logs.
• Payout Calculations: All payouts are calculated automatically by the Platform's systems. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed payout and the system-calculated payout, the system-calculated figure shall prevail.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btv162 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening, operating, or directing multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or in the name of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with btv162;
• Using or attempting to use software, algorithms, bots, scrapers, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software bugs to derive financial benefit. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error are not valid and will be reversed;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corruption related to any event or market offered on btv162;
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to conduct money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform via a virtual private network (VPN), proxy, or other IP-masking tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic or eligibility restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing btv162 staff members or other users;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform's infrastructure;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members, for the purpose of wagering on your behalf.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the btv162 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and underlying source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of btv162 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or distribute any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorization from btv162;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notice displayed on the Platform;
• Use any btv162 branding, logo, or intellectual property in any marketing, social media, or other public communication without explicit written consent.

Any unauthorized use of btv162's intellectual property may give rise to legal action for breach of copyright, trademark infringement, or other applicable claims under Indonesian and international law.

10 Privacy & Data

btv162 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Users. The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

By registering an Account with btv162, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance;
• btv162 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes;
• Data is stored on secured, encrypted servers and is retained for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law;
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btv162 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether planned or unplanned, including but not limited to server downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials;
• Any decisions you make in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform;
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms.

In all cases where btv162's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting btv162 support via the email address listed in Section 15 below. Upon request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, provided your Account is in good standing and KYC has been completed. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

Termination by btv162: btv162 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any associated policy;
• We have reason to believe your Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Your Account has been involved in, or is suspected of involvement in, money laundering or match-fixing;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require us to terminate your Account;
• You have registered a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an Account is terminated by btv162 due to a verified breach of these Terms, btv162 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, remaining real-money balances will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized commercial law principles applicable to online gaming operators, taking into account the Indonesian context in which btv162 primarily operates.

btv162 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. References to the "Indonesia market context" in these Terms reflect the primary demographic and geographic focus of the Platform's services and do not constitute a representation that the Platform operates under, or is licensed by, any specific Indonesian domestic regulatory body.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through the btv162 support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14 Amendments to These Terms

btv162 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes by posting an updated version on this page with a revised Effective Date, and where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.
